Wholesale FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for a wholesale account?
Basic wholesale pricing is accessible right away if you are approved as a registered UK business but MOQ thresholds of:
- £500
- £2000
- £3500
will see your order applied with additional bulk buy discounts to reward stockists who invest in the brands and handle their own orders.
Margins vary between products and brands but on average can be around 30-40% before bulk buy discounts.
Can I sell your products below RRP?
We operate a strict 10% maximum allowance for discounts and if done, should be shown as a sale price.
This is to maintain strong brand value in line with the manufacturers' global strategy. If you sell below 10% of our RRP, expect us to be in contact with you about it.
If you see someone else selling below this, we encourage anonymous reporting of other sellers. We have a strong network of UK wholesale resellers and communication is key to everyone's success.
Do you ship wholesale orders outside of the UK?
We support the global supply chain for brands like Fairtex and Twins Special so if you are in a country that has a named distributor, we will forward your inquiry on to the relevant distributor.
We do not drop-ship orders outside of the UK.
How long does fulfillment take from your Bedford warehouse?
UK Stockists - you can expect your order dispatched either the same day or the next working day. Particularly big orders (£10,000+) may require additional time to prepare and wrap.
Drop-Shipping - you can expect a 2-3 day dispatch time as we prioritise B2B stock orders over drop-ships.
Can e-commerce stores use your product images and CSV feed?
We allow fair use of product images used appropriately but will accept direct plagiarism of our content or theme.
The CSV feed is available below and free to use appropriately for stock management and integrations.
Wholesale Returns Policy
Returns on faulty items are based on when YOU bought them, NOT when it was sold to your customer.
You will be required to provide the order number it was purchased on upon starting a return.
We do not operate sale-or-return and you will be required to handle unwanted items yourself as the retailer.
