Shipping policy
All parcels are sent by express courier to ensure the highest level of service and tracking information for peace of mind and a reduction in lost parcels.
We use DPD for all parcels under 30kg and DX Freight for all filled punchbag deliveries (over 30kg).
We operate from Monday-Friday and where possible we always aim to dispatch all orders on the same day or next working day. During busy periods there will usually be no more than a 2 day dispatch time.
All orders in mainland UK are sent on a next day delivery service with the exception of some addresses in northern Scotland and UK-offshore addresses where it's usually a 2-3 day maximum delivery time.

- For larger wholesale orders, we charge £5 per 10kg up to 100kg and then £10 per 20kg after that.
Northern Ireland

- Please note we can not deliver filled punchbags to Northern Ireland
- For business addresses in Northern Ireland, we require your EORI and UKIMS numbers for customs clearance.
Channel Islands & Isle of Man

- Orders to the Channel Islands or Isle of Man addresses are not charged VAT. Any applicable customs fees upon arrival will be your own responsibility.
- Please note we can not deliver filled punchbags to UK Offshore addresses
EU
We are currently not delivering to the EU but will be reactivating this service to certain countries later this year. Please contact us for further information if you are looking to place an order and this affects you.
